EV Stories - Alan and the CyberTruck

My guest Alan introduces me to his wife's CyberTruck and we chat about how going electric has been.

This the one where EV owner Alan shares about his Tesla Model Y and his wife's seven month old CyberTruck with us.

Alan gets into why he made the shift to electric and how and why the CyberTruck works for them. We also get into some back-of-the-napkin math on how he's saving money with his two EVs. If you buy your gas at Costco, I suggest you watch this one.

About the Shoot

First, I'd like to thank Alan for his patience and willingness to be interviewed, twice! The first video had both audio and visual issues. Alan was gracious and accepted my invite to do a reshoot only to have video capture issues force us to terminate the shoot early.

I am always working to improve with each video. Since this shoot, multiple trips have been made to troubleshoot the RF issue, use with the shotgun mics alone and combined, and finding RF channels which receive the least interference, eliminate crosstalk, and remain strong. I feel a lot more confident the with the wireless mics. I’ll see how it goes in an upcoming interview as well as a 40,000 mile review of our 2019 Audi e-tron, and a 12,000 mile review of our 2023 Kia Niro EV.
