Jill has owned several EVs and hybrids over the years, and we’ll learn how one of them let her down, bad. Yet, she never considered going back to a gas car.

What we have to keep in mind with Jill’s story is that regardless of what makes your car go, in the end, it’s a machine–and sometimes, machines fail us.
